Tei'Asha De'Anne, is the founder of The Glo Project Initiative and My Melanin Speaks, with a dedication to molding the future. Renowned for her compelling messages and transformative presence, Tei' Asha has cultivated a space of mentorship and advocacy, particularly for the next generation, through initiatives like Her Crowne Collective and The GLO Project. With over 12 years of experience nurturing young minds, she embodies a commitment to greatness.
Additionally, Tei'Asha is a published author and the visionary behind Tha Book Lady Boutique Hybrid-Publishing Agency, empowering aspiring writers and addressing the underrepresentation of black authors in the publishing industry. Guided by her motto "God and a Vision," her work is anchored in purpose and fueled by a relentless drive for positive change. Among her notable achievements are receiving a Humanitarian Award from the Women's Suffrage committee and Congressional Recognition from Congressman Tim Ryan, alongside being honored as Poet of the Year by the Ohio Entertainment Awards in 2022 and receiving the "We See You" Grant from the John Raymond Wean Foundation. She has also been recognized as a trailblazer in publications like Sheen Magazine and received the Emerging Leaders "Justice and Equality, People Helping People" award from the Mahoning Valley Diversity Committee, among other accolades, including being named a 2022 Juneteenth Honoree and a 2024 Inductee of the Hyer Merit Association Hall of Fame.
